At Dirt Devil, we stand behind the quality of our cleaning products and offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly through our website. If your vacuum or accessory does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making the return process as simple and efficient as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the Dirt Devil unit, along with all original attachments and manuals, into its original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
